Facts : A secondary school teacher sent text messages and constantly called a female assistant teacher, the complainant, saying that he loved her and that he wanted to meet her privately. Also at the teacher" s lounge he held her from behind so the complainant had to shake him off and run out of the room. When the complainant rejected the advances by the male teacher, he started to implant ideas among male teachers that the complainant" s job performance was bad and seldom distributed work for her to do. As a result, the complainant was unable to renew her contract with the school that she had no problem working for 4 years before this incident.
